We had a lack of interest from potential candidates as we only advertised for roles on our website. There was a lack of candidate management amongst the managers and little ways to track and accurately report on recruitment data.
We wanted something that would be user-friendly for all our managers. A facility where jobs could be posted out to different job boards and where we as HR could oversee the process but allow our managers the flexibility to manage their own recruitment. We also needed something that was within budget and value for money.
