We have a large portfolio of clients who have very specific and changing needs, so we needed to ensure their recruitment process was as easy, comprehensive, and adaptable as possible.
Our recruitment process was arduous, to say the least! We couldn’t get enough qualified people, and our process was very labour-intensive, time-consuming, and convoluted. We couldn’t get the standard of staff we were looking for.

What have you been most impressed with? What are your favourite features?
The workflow and how it can be adjusted in real-time, as well as its automation, has saved a huge amount of time. The auto-decline with killer questions has also saved us an immense amount of time, so we don’t have to trawl through applications which are not relevant to our requirements.
What automation features have you used/enjoyed the most?
The initial screening – filtering out applicants who didn’t meet our basic criteria and moving those who did to the next stage.
