We have a large portfolio of clients who have very specific and changing needs, so we needed to ensure their recruitment process was as easy, comprehensive, and adaptable as possible.

Our recruitment process was arduous, to say the least! We couldn’t get enough qualified people, and our process was very labour-intensive, time-consuming, and convoluted. We couldn’t get the standard of staff we were looking for.
