Our History
Before occy, Smart Recruit Online was founded in 2011. We started as a simple candidate attraction service offering online job advertising, which then progressed to us offering our own Applicant Tracking Software in 2016.
For years, we helped some of the biggest companies in their respective industries lower their costs and improve their time-to-hire.
It soon became clear to us that recruiters hiring frequently were being underserved by tech providers… and so occy was born.
