Are you a recruiter tasked with hiring for the same role in different locations? Typically, that would mean replicating the same work multiple times, but not with occy!

Our software allows you to create hiring plans for the same job with alterations such as location, salary, number of positions, or position status.

How does it work?

Creating a hiring plan is simple! Visit the ‘hiring plan’ tab under ‘jobs’, select new requirements, and follow the steps to add all information unique to the role. A hiring manager, recruiters, and interviewers are assigned to a hiring plan to manage the hiring process.
If you have assigned an Approver, the hiring plan will be sent to them and, once approved, can be used to create a campaign that will detail where you would like to advertise your role. It’s as simple as that!
